Do you offer shipping on any of your products?
No, we do not offer shipping at this time. All orders must either be picked up by the customer, or can be hand-delivered locally and according to the parameters outlined in the info section of this website.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed through this website or emailed using the email address in the Contact Us tab.
How does order delivery and pick-up work for food vs. non-food (live plant) items?
Per the Minnesota Cottage Food Law, food products cannot be mailed. All Minnesota residents may order products from The Berry Booth; however, delivery of consumables is only available to residences in Olmsted and surrounding counties at this time. All other orders must be picked-up by the customer. Please see contact us tab for pick-up address.
What are the order payment options?
Payments can be made through this website (required for delivery to Olmsted County residences) or made at time of pick-up, via cash only.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are not offered for our products (think farmers market). We sell only healthy and high quality products that, as long as handled and/or planted and cared for properly, by the customer, should prosper after obtaining form The Berry Booth.
